Q: Are there any side effects to look for while taking HCG?
If you stick with the recommended doses, then the only real side effect could be headaches during the first few days while your body adjusts. Its recommended you consult your doctor before starting any diet
Q: How does this diet work and will the weight stay off once I stop taking HCG?
The HCG diet is 3 phases: Loading, VLCD, and Stabilization. The stabilization phase used to introduce other food back into your diet to ensure you stay within 1-2 lbs of your total weight loss
Q: Will I lose weight just by taking the drops or are their special instructions as well?
HCG works best if you follow instructions that are included with the product. There will be detailed protocol instructions included with every order as well as access to me via email and instagram to answer all questions and concerns.

As with most diets that depends on your commitment to it. The average person should lose 1-2 pounds a day, though some have lost anywhere from half a pound to three pounds per day.
